Robert Fletcher
Director
Robert founded RJI Group with a clear vision: to build a construction partner that clients and communities can genuinely rely on. With extensive experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and maintenance, he provides strategic direction and nurtures the client relationships that underpin everything we do.
Beyond the business, Robert is deeply passionate about the leisure and fitness industry and its power to transform lives. He is a committed advocate for charitable organisations working to create a healthier, more active UK — helping individuals and communities achieve their goals through sport, wellbeing and opportunity. This drive to support others runs through his leadership of RJI Group, where people, quality and integrity always come first.
